In Deduction Junction, at the start of a stage, each room contains a number of images up to the number of columns. Select or eliminate objects from the rooms of Count Olaf's house. Each level consists of four puzzles.Īt the end of each level, the player is asked a trivia question about the characters, and on getting it correct, is awarded a ribbon with a title. There are 10 levels of increasing size, which can be played individually or via "Journey", which takes the player through each board in sequence. The games are very similar in overall gameplay, only differing in how the images are placed. The game consists of two game modes: Deduction Junction and Swap Monster ("For Younger Players"). When the correct image has been placed in a room, the game will lock it in place.
